In this class we will activate and develop the kidneys and all the major energy centers of the body to harmonize the bodies energy. We will also use specific energy strengthening hand postures and exercises to increase the bodies immunity and protection and inner strength. Development of the sacrum and root centers on the feet help the body become more grounded and connected to the earth and help quiet the overactive mind, nourish the nervous system and also promote the development of upright/ (righteous) qi to help burn out mental, emotional and physical blockages.

We will also work with the Extraordinary pathways from the level 5 training to enhance the energy center development.

Intro Classes

Qigong: Energy Activation & Informational with Instructor Brendan Thorson

(Open to all. Beginning to advanced qigong students)

Experience and learn the theory behind medical qigong from an anatomical, physiological, and psychological perspective to enhance mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Receive insight regarding some of the numerous health benefits of qigong for self-care, strengthening and balancing the vitality of all the human anatomical systems like the immune, nervous and endocrine systems for a stronger immune system, and improved sleep quality. We will also, do qigong exercises to activate our energy field, the kidneys and relax the Adrenal Glands to support the participants to sense the energy feel refreshed, recharged and relaxed all at the same time.
