Genesis Qigong: Weekly Qi Activation & Development Class
Genesis Qigong general training for all students from beginners to experts.

In this class we will activate the energy and begin to develop the bodies energy system. We will develop and deepen the energy system to balance internal energies and increase vitality. The training will vary from day to day. We will do a combination of training on the chakras, organs, and acupuncture pathways to support the development and healing of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.
Current Class Times
- Tue, Wed, & Fri: A. 6am to 7am (or 6:30am-7:30am)
- Sat: A. 6:30am-7:30am.
- Sat: B. Occasional 9:30am-10:30am
- Sun: A. 6:30am-7:30am
