Genesis Qigong Extraordinary Pathway Development

In this class we cultivate the extraordinary pathways related to heavenly qi and what is referred to as pre-natal qi in traditional Chinese medicine. The extraordinary pathways are directly related to the brain, nervous system and endocrine glands. This training will support balancing the brain and nourishing the nervous and control systems of the body. The control system allows qigong students to further integrate the mind and body for greater internal awareness. Modern science understands the link between the endocrine glands, vitality and the fountain of youth. Like the other classes we will continue to work on the making the body stronger and healthier.

In addition, we will continue to cultivate the upright/ righteous Yang qi to strongly support the students Yang qi to become stronger and keep all the low level energies out.
