Cancellation/Refund Policy
Class Series and Seminars
- Cancellations received up to five working days before the class or seminar are refundable, minus a $25.00 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire class or seminar fee, which you may apply toward a future class or seminar. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
Missed Class Makeup Policy
- 48hr notice and instructor permission required to qualify for makeup class/es Policy with a maximum of 2-makeup classes allowed per class series (*exceptions and flexibility are available on an individual basis for those whose schedule dictates– prior communication with Brendan is necessary to create a workable agreement).
- If a new level 1 student wants to makeup the exact class they missed from their series then they have 60 days to makeup the exact missed class/es at no extra charge. But, after 60 days the student has to pay a drop in rate for each class attended.
- If a student wants to make up a missed class/es by taking the same or different class than the exact class missed then they have 30 days from the missed class date to take another class to makeup the missed class/es. In this scenario the student can go to any other class in a class series or an introductory class, but the class they use for the makeup can not be at a level higher than what they have already completed. Contact Brendan to reserve your makeup class/es
- Review classes are not allowed as a makeup class.
Drop In Class Policy
- Drop in classes can only be taken by students who have completed a class series of Yi Ren Qigong with permission from Brendan Thorson. Contact Brendan to see about attending a Drop-in class
- Introductory classes are $20/class
